Yes—either option works. You can choose “customer supplies” or “we bring supplies” at checkout. For specialist services (e.g., oven, carpets, jet washing), we bring the required equipment.

How long should I book for?

Our minimum booking is 2 hours for domestic cleaning and 3 hours for deep cleans. If you’re unsure, choose your property size at booking and we’ll recommend a time slot.

How do you price your cleaning?

Domestic cleaning is priced per hour. Specialist services and end of tenancy cleans are priced per job, with optional add-ons (e.g., oven, fridge/freezer, carpet cleaning). All pricing is shown before you confirm your booking.

Do you offer weekly or fortnightly cleans?

Yes. Regular cleans are available weekly or fortnightly and are ideal for keeping on top of the home. Recurring clients also get priority scheduling.

Dusting, wiping surfaces, vacuuming, mopping hard floors, kitchen external surfaces, bathroom clean, emptying bins, and a general tidy/straighten.

A deep clean is more detailed and focuses on built-up grime and neglected areas—extra attention to bathrooms, kitchen detail, skirting/edges, doors/handles, and problem spots like limescale.

Yes. Our end of tenancy cleans are designed to be thorough and “inventory-ready”. You can also add ovens, appliances and carpet cleaning to match your checkout requirements.
